Question: If you were to design a 5 dollar canadian coin, what would it look like?

If you were to design a 5 dollar coin what would it look like? Describe :) For homework :p But I& #039;m really stuck on the designs ...

Probably the symbol of a national animal, the moose perhaps..? Obviously the Queen would be on the obverse. Our other coins already have animals on them, with the exception of the dime & penny of course

Crossed Hockey sticks over a jug of maple syrup with a 5 on it. Kidding, Kidding. A 5 on one side, and a Maple leaf on the other. You have to keep in mind that the mint can 't handle overspecialized designs, and even then, the dies, the impressions that are used to create coins from sheets of metal, can only be given so much detail before they are too weak to punch coins out.
